Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with your order you may return it to us for a full refund within 7 working days of delivery. Due to the nature of the products we sell however, all items must not have been opened and need to have their original seal in place. If this is not the case we will be unable to accept the goods.

Return the item to us using the returns label included in your order or send to:

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless you have received the item in error or if the item is damaged or defective. Please ensure you keep proof of
postage.

A refund will be initiated on receipt of your returned items.

Your Statutory Rights

Customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. To cancel your purchase within the seven-working-day cooling-off period, please email merchsupport@mythophonic.com. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the items to us unless you have received them in error or if the item is damaged or defective.
